Entrepreneurship@CornellInternship Program

About the Internship Program

Since the study of entrepreneurship is not complete without true practical experience, Entrepreneurship@Cornell conducts an active summer internship program for students with an interest in small to mid-sized business management.

With the uncertain economy in the 2009-10 year, an internship can offer a great chance for a student to gain experience in small business, while also allowing companies to strengthen their workforce by adding a creative, independent new employee to the team for the summer.

Students from any of the nine participating schools and colleges at Cornell are placed throughout the U.S. and abroad. These paid internships provide practical experience in the world of business for more than 50 students each year, and help prepare our next generation of Cornell business leaders, innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs.

Our students bring the latest in entrepreneurial thinking from their classroom and apply it to their assignment. Our hosts work to craft assignments that include hands-on experiences and exposure to what it takes to operate a small business.
