Alison Gerlach is a successful, serial entrepreneur with expertise in and passion for building businesses. After doing extensive research in optimizing the business start-up process, Alison went on to build businesses in industries including technology, entertainment services, consumer packaged goods, and professional services. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she was a strategic management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton specializing in supply chain management, business process redesign, and revenue building strategies for Fortune 100 consumer companies. In addition, she has experience in overseas investment banking specializing in M&A and new product development.

Today, Alison focuses much of her time building her current venture, "Allies Edibles." Allies Edibles is an artisan consumer packaged goods company that creates handmade, chocolate-covered, indulgent comfort sweets ( www.alliesedibles.com). In addition, Alison also spends time consulting to both large and start-up companies as well as giving lectures to both business and academic audiences on optimizing business building and growth strategies, conflict management resolution and aligning incentives. She also enjoys her role as a career advisor and mentor to current and post-MBA students.

Alison earned an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a BA in economics from Cornell University.
